Quotes provided through our website, by phone, or by text message are estimates based on the information available at the time, including property measurements obtained from aerial/satellite imagery and information you provide. Final pricing may be adjusted based on actual property conditions observed during the first service visit.
Recurring service pricing is subject to periodic review and adjustment. We will notify you of any pricing changes at least 14 days in advance via email or text message.
By scheduling services, you grant our team access to your property for the sole purpose of performing the agreed-upon lawn care services. You agree to:
Willow Ridge is not responsible for damage to items left in the service area (e.g., toys, garden decorations, hoses) or for damage resulting from unmarked underground features. We will take reasonable care to avoid damage to your property.
Willow Ridge Lawn Care offers a text messaging program to communicate with customers and prospective customers about our services. By opting in, you agree to the following terms:

The Willow Ridge Text Alerts program delivers text messages (SMS) related to lawn care quotes, service scheduling, appointment reminders, job completion notifications, billing updates, and occasional promotional offers.

By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Willow Ridge Lawn Care at the phone number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service.
Message frequency varies. You may receive approximately 2–10 messages per month depending on your service activity, scheduled appointments, and account interactions. Promotional messages will be sent no more than 4 times per month.
Standard message and data rates may apply. Message rates depend on your mobile carrier and plan. Willow Ridge Lawn Care does not charge any fee for sending or receiving text messages, but your wireless carrier may charge you for each message sent or received depending on your plan.
You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by texting STOP to our business phone number. After sending STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. Opting out of text messages will not affect your lawn care service.

Our text messaging program is supported by all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Lawn care services are weather-dependent. In the event of inclement weather (heavy rain, thunderstorms, extreme heat advisories, snow, or ice), we may reschedule your service at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to complete rescheduled services within the same service week. You will not be charged for services not rendered due to weather.
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, contact us within 48 hours of service completion and we will re-service your property at no additional cost. This guarantee applies to the specific service performed and does not cover conditions outside our control (e.g., drought, pest damage, pre-existing lawn conditions).
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Willow Ridge Lawn Care, its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, website, or text messaging program.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for service delays caused by weather, natural disasters, equipment failure, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Willow Ridge Lawn Care, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of our services, or your negligence.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally before pursuing formal legal action. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Anne Arundel County, Maryland.
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with reasonable notice. Upon termination:
